I began pattern testing in June of 2021 and wanted to highlight all of the pattern tests that I’ve completed this year. I’ve been pretty busy this year but hadn’t realized just how many patterns I had tested until I started compiling them for this post. I was surprised to count 51 pattern tests completed and two more tests that will be carried over into the new year. Take a look down memory lane with me!

Pattern testing has allowed me to learn and grow my crochet skills in a way that I never even dreamed of. I have learned so much from all of the designers that I had the privilege of working with and started applying it to creating and writing my own patterns. After some encouragement from fellow designers, my goal for 2022 is to get these patterns published. So keep your eyes out for the beginnings of my pattern designing journey in 2022!
