The Zoey Headband is an advanced beginner pattern made with light DK yarn and is the misfit step sister to my Chloe Headband. An error was made in my pattern writing process for Chloe and this happy little accident on my part led to another elegant crochet pattern.

Pattern Instructions
Ch 90, sl st join to 1st ch.
Rd 1: Ch 1, sc in 1st ch, (ch 1, skip 1 ch, sc next ch); repeat around ending with ch 1, sl st join to sc (45 sc, 45 ch sps).
Rd 2: Ch 2, skip 1st sc st, hdc puff in 1st ch sp, (ch 1, skip 1 sc, hdc puff next ch sp); repeat around ending with ch 1 and sl st join to hdc puff (45 hdc puffs, 45 ch sps).
Rd 3: Ch 1, skip 1st hdc puff, sc in 1st ch sp, (ch 1, skip 1 st, sc next ch); repeat around ending with ch 1 and sl st join to beginning sc (45 sc, 45 ch sps).
Rds 4-11: Repeat rounds 2 and 3 four times.
Rd 12: Repeat round 1 once more.
Fasten off. Weave ends.
