The Cambridge Headband is a gorgeously textured pattern and is graded for toddlers to adult large sizes.
This pattern is written here using US crochet terms.
This pattern has been tested for errors by a team of crocheters with varying skill ability, this helps to ensure the pattern is free of errors, but should you find any errors or run into difficulties please reach out to me so I can help.

Size is approximate and may be slightly different based on ability to meet gauge. Toddler – 19″, Small Child – 20″, Large Child – 21″, Adult Small/Teen – 22″, Adult Medium – 23″, Adult Large – 24″

Notes
- The pattern is worked in rounds from the bottom up.
- Ch 1 does not count as a stitch at the beginning of each round.
- Ch 1 does count as a stitch in the remainder of each round.
Gauge
With US size J/10 (6 mm) hook: 8 sc = 2 “/2.5 cm. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain gauge.
Special Stitches/Techniques
Hdc Cluster: YO and insert your hook into ch st, YO and pull up a loop. YO and insert your hook into the next ch space, YO and pull up a loop. YO and pull through all five loops on your hook.

Instructions
Ch 62 join to 1st chain. (Be careful not to twist)
Alternatively, FSC 62 join to 1st FSC and skip row 1.
Round 1: ch 1, SC in each chain around, join. (62 sc)
Round 2: ch 1, *cluster over next 2 sts, ch 1; repeat from * around and join to top of cluster (31 clusters and 31 ch-2).
Round 3: ch 1, skip 1st cluster st, *cluster over next 2 chs, ch 1, skip cluster; repeat from *
around and join to top of beginning cluster (31 clusters and 31 ch-2).
Round 4: Repeat round 3. (31 clusters and 31 ch-2).
Round 5: Ch 1, Sc in each st and ch around, join to first sc. (62 sc).
Finish off with an invisible join. Weave in ends.
Congratulations, your Cambridge Headband is complete!
