The Herringbone Half Double Crochet stitch gives such lovely texture and is even more fun when worked in the round! After looking at my completed scrunchie, I immediately thought of a whimsical little girl that I taught several years ago. So it’s only fitting that I would name this scrunchie after her. Rose is not so little anymore but I imagine if I asked her mother, she would say that she still loves to twirl!

The Rose Scrunchie is being featured in The 31 Days of Crochet Challenge, hosted by Tasha at Stardust Gold Crochet!
